Home in Waterford
Description
Enjoy the beauty of VT’s Northeast Kingdom at this home surrounded by trees in a waterfront community. Walk the trails out the front door or enjoy some of the best breweries, hiking, and mountain biking in northern New England all within a 15-45 minutes drive. St. Johnsbury, VT, and Littleton, NH are within a 15 minute drive. Or, just enjoy the view and serenity from the front porch. Access the private beach, tennis courts, and a pickle ball/b-ball for an extra weekly fee. The space My home is part of a remote waterfront community on the shore of a Connecticut River reservoir. Make a cup of coffee and take a short walk to one of two access points: a small-boat launch near the bridge you’ll likely drive over when you arrive, and that you can fish from or jump off or follow a trail just off the main road to a community dock. Other things to note NOTE: If you're a short-term renter (30 days or less), access to the “Members Only” section of Waterford Springs requires an additional $35/night fee that host needs to pay to the Homeowners Association. I’ll also need the names of the adult guests. This fee gives you access to the private beach, which has paddle boards, kayaks, a canoe, paddles, and beach chairs, as well as the docks, clay tennis courts, pickle ball/basketball court, bath house, and the club house with a ping pong table, cornhole set, horseshoe pit, and fire pit — all with a transcendent view of Comerford Resevoir. It’s a very relaxing play to lounge and play.
