The space The entrance floor is tastefully decorated with a large hall, a cinema room, three bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom with double showers and a smaller mosaic-clad toilet. The illuminated staircase leads up to the spacious upper floor with a partially open floor plan. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with Apple TV, smart 75-inch TV. The upper floor also has a room-divided Sonos system with 15 speakers. There is also a master bedroom which, together with a study and a large tiled bathroom with double showers, forms a separate section on the upper floor. The floor also has an extra toilet. All four bathrooms and toilets (2+2) are tastefully decorated with mosaics and tiles. The whole house is heated with underfloor heating. A short walk (600 meters) away is Sigtuna's old town center. Guest access No one except booked guests live in the house during rental. However, the garage and three smaller storage rooms and one bedroom are closed for storage. These spaces are also not included in the pictures. Other things to note The property has a pool and sauna building that have not yet been completed. However, these do not adversely affect the use of other facilities on the property. Above the property, there is a trampoline and in the forest behind the house, there is a freebee golf course. In Sigtuna, there is also access to paddle tennis and tennis courts.
