The space ​​As you enter the home through the stylish glass-paned front door, the foyer welcomes you in. Sleek luxury vinyl wood flooring provides a designer look throughout. The separate study to your left features a wallpapered book wall to set the tone. The island kitchen has a thoughtful layout with white shaker cabinetry, a large deep sink, and stainless appliances. Along the kitchen island, there are four spots for sitting and eating. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need including pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, and other items. Please inquire if you have any additional questions about kitchen supplies. The kitchen opens to the vaulted living/dining area featuring a floor-to-ceiling tiled fireplace wall which anchors the space and provides drama and glamour to the room. Imagine the cozy evenings you can spend in front of the modern linear fireplace! The living and kitchen areas are filled with an abundance of natural light along with the view of the pool and backyard space. We also provide a comfortable queen-sized air mattress with bedding for an added sleeping arrangement for this area. The primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a mudset tiled shower and walk-in closet. There are two additional bedrooms with walk-in closets that share a bathroom with a double vanity. Bedrooms have comfortable beds, white noise machines, and full-length mirrors. Bathrooms feature towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryers, and hangers. There is also an iron and iron board available in the primary bedroom closet. The washer and dryer are located in the garage, along with the supplies needed. Please note that the pool at this listing is not able to be heated.
