A private 4-season hot tub, a heated in-ground pool and spectacular views of the river will satisfy the water lovers in you! For boat/jet ski/kayak enthusiasts, the river is navigable for about 15 km and goes to the Salmon River as well as Lake Louise. The cottage has its own private dock where you can moor your boats. Otherwise, you can use the 4 kayaks that are provided on site. For anglers, several species of fish are caught there, including pike, perch, largemouth bass and walleye. For ski and outdoor enthusiasts, several activities are available near the chalet, including: - Snowmobile and mountain bike trails; - A 12 km cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking trail (in Saint-Gérard); - Mont Adstock ski resort (in Adstock); - Mount Ham for hiking. The cottage's complete furnishings have been designed to satisfy large groups. For example, the remarkable dining room table was specially designed by a local craftsman and can accommodate up to 16 guests. The large luxurious kitchen is also very well equipped so you can prepare your group meals with ease. Upstairs, in addition to a pool table, table soccer and air hockey, a high-quality, custom-made arcade game is installed. With over 17,000 retro games available, it will satisfy all types of players and make you experience moments of nostalgia for sure! Other things to note Before renting our cottage, here are 3 important points to consider: 1 - NO PARTY-GOERS As good neighborliness is a priority for us, we recommend that party groups refrain. It is forbidden to hold a large "party" type evening inside or outside the rented residence. The number of people on site must not exceed the residence's occupancy capacity. Evictions and fines may apply if applicable.
