Dat Klinkerhus offers you space for 17 guests on over 250 square meters with its 9 bedrooms. You live idyllic, quiet, yet centrally located over 4 floors with magnificent views of the Great Jasmunder Bodden and in the 1700 sqm farm garden. The space That Klinkerhus - an ideal place for people who are looking for the often-anticipated distance from the hustle and bustle of the touristy island harbours and still want to experience the proximity to everything that makes the island of Rügen feel the subject of the fabric. People who want to have their family, friends, colleagues, roommates, like-minded people, nature lovers and also feel a piece of home are just right here. The house is quiet on the second line , is spacious, slightly angled, bright and friendly, sociable, feels lively and maybe a little familiar. You will like it and you will feel comfortable , a bit away from the sterile mainstream .... But now to the facts.... approx. 200 sqm with 9 bedrooms for maximum 17 guests on 4 floors The ground floor: The kitchen-living room has about 25 square meters of space and a large dining area for up to 17 guests. There are large floor-to-ceiling windows to the terrace overlooking the Great Jasmunder Bodden. The kitchen is equipped classically with dishwasher, microwave, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, double stove with oven, plenty of storage space and countertop, etc .... The adjoining bright and light-flooded living area with floor-to-ceiling windows offers great views through the trees to the Great Jasmunder Bodden, the large farmer's garden and the adjacent meadows and fields. In addition, it offers plenty of spaciousness, comfortable seating, TV, sound, books, games ... On this floor there is one bedroom ( No.2) with about 18 sqm and double bed, directly adjacent to a single room ( No. 5) with single bed as well as another large bedroom (No. 3) with about 13 sqm, also with double bed. Another bedroom (no. 4 and 6) can accommodate over 2 floors with a total of 24 sqm for 4 guests, one double bed each and two single beds. In addition, there is a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 sinks, underfloor heating ...... All rooms have windows (with insect protection. ) The attic floor: Here there is another bedroom (No. 7 with about 12 sqm ) with two single beds, which can also be pushed together. In the sunny Souterrain: In terms of a separate apartment, you can reach it directly from the stairwell or with a separate entrance from the outside. You can still accommodate 4 guests to live, eat and sleep. The combined living and dining room has large terrace windows and has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, and a separate dining area for 4 guests. You also have Sat SmartTV, CD radio and free WiFi. In the two separate bedrooms (no. 8 and 9) there are two double beds and plenty of storage space at your disposal. One bedroom is inside and connects directly to the living room. You also have a friendly bathroom with shower/toilet as well as a wardrobe with further storage space. The outdoor terrace is west facing and equipped with dining area, garden furniture , beach chair and charcoal grill. On the basement: Next to the basement apartment you will find a room with foosball table, billiards, darts. The utility room with washing machine, dryer , freezer and microwave can also be used here.
