You will live idyllically, quietly and yet centrally located over 4 floors with magnificent views of the Great Jasmund Bodden and in the 1700 sqm cottage garden. The space Dat Klinkerhus - an ideal place for people who are looking for the often longed-for and in many places not found distance from the hustle and bustle of the tourist-influenced island arteries and yet want to experience the proximity to everything that makes up the island of Rügen. People who have their family, friends, colleagues, roommates, like-minded people, nature lovers around them and want to feel a bit at home are in the right place here. The house stands quietly in the second row, is spacious, somewhat angular, bright and friendly, sociable, feels lively and maybe a little familiar. You will like it and you will feel comfortable, a little off the sterile mainstream... But now to the facts... Approximately 200 sq. m with 9 bedrooms for a maximum of 17 guests on 4 floors The ground floor: The eat-in kitchen has about 25 sqm of space and a large dining area for up to 17 guests. There are large floor-to-ceiling windows to the terrace overlooking the Great Jasmund Bodden. The kitchen is classically equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, double coffee machine, modern stove with oven, plenty of storage space and work space, etc. The adjacent bright and light-flooded living area with floor-to-ceiling windows offers a great view through the trees of the Great Jasmund Bodden, the large cottage garden and the adjacent meadows and fields. It also offers a lot of space, comfortable seating, TV, sound, books, games ..... On this floor you will also find a full bathroom with shower and toilet as well as an approx. 15 sqm master bedroom (No. 1) with 1.80 double bed as well as a spacious hallway to arrive with separate wardrobe. From the hallway, you can also get directly into the basement. The adjacent sun terrace (50 sqm) leads directly into the garden and can be accessed from both the kitchen and the living room without steps. The outdoor terrace is equipped with garden furniture for all guests, 2 parasols, charcoal grill and terrace oven as well as beach chair. If necessary, you will receive a children's chair and/or crib. In the garden, the children can play freely on the small playground with slide, trampoline, sandbox, exercise toys, etc. The upper floor: Here you will find a large hallway with a small gallery and a beautiful view from the dormer window to the north & west to the island of Hiddensee and a play corner for the little guests. There are board games, beanbags, small toys, books, painting things... On this floor there is a bedroom (No. 2) with about 18 sqm and a double bed, directly adjacent to a single room (No. 5) with a single bed and another large bedroom (No. 3) with about 13 sqm, also with a double bed. Another bedroom (No. 4 and 6) offers space over 2 floors with a total of 24 sqm for 4 guests, one double bed and two single beds each. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 sinks, underfloor heating... All rooms have windows (with insect protection.) The attic floor: Here there is another bedroom (no. 7 with about 12 m²) with two single beds that can also be pushed together. In the sunny basement: From the point of view of the thing a separate apartment, you can reach it directly from the staircase or with a separate entrance from the outside. You have room for 4 guests to live, eat and sleep. The combined living and dining room has large terrace windows and has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer and a separate dining area for 4 guests. You also have satellite SmartTV, CD radio and free Wi-Fi. In the two separate bedrooms (Nos. 8 and 9), you will find two double beds and enough storage space. One bedroom is inside and directly adjacent to the living room. You also have a friendly bathroom with shower/toilet and a wardrobe with additional storage space. The outdoor terrace is west-facing and equipped with a dining area, garden furniture, beach chair and charcoal grill. In the basement: Next to the basement apartment you will find a room with foosball table, billiards, darts. The utility room with washing machine, dryer, freezer and microwave can also be used here.
