Located on a quiet street in the city center, a 5-minute walk from the TGV train station, our cottage is ideal for visiting Touraine and its magnificent castles, while enjoying the shops, museums, restaurants (many and delicious) of Tours! Guests can enjoy the calm of the sunny garden or discover the beautiful Jardin des Prébendes located 500 m from the house. Completely renovated at the end of 2022, our house is fully equipped. A parking space will allow you to park with peace of mind.
