Welcome to Jardin de César in Orsan, Gard, a renovated former wine-growing farmhouse that combines the old and the new and can accommodate up to 14 people. The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends, or simply for a relaxing weekend away. This farmhouse is in a great location between Orange, Avignon and Uzès, 1 hour 15 minutes from Marseille and Montpellier, 40 minutes from Nîmes and on the doorstep of the Camargue; it is the ideal starting point for exploring a region of inestimable cultural richness! The space This fully renovated former wine-growing farmhouse has 4 bedrooms and a dormitory for 6, which can accommodate up to 14 people in total. On the ground floor, you will find a 35 m² kitchen, fully equipped to prepare delicious meals 🍳, with everything you need for breakfasts 🥐 and other meals 🍽️. A large living room with a large table for family meals 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 and a lounge area with a sofa and a connected TV 📺. 🛜 The farmhouse is fully equipped with Wi-Fi. A bedroom with a queen bed and its ensuite bathroom and independent toilet. 🪜On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en-suite bathroom and WC. 🛌A dormitory with 6 additional 90 cm beds (bunk beds) and a separate toilet. There is a games room in the former winery of the farmhouse, with a pool table 🎱, darts 🎯, music 🎶, and a table tennis table. 🌳 Outside, you can enjoy the fully secured saltwater swimming pool 🏊‍♂️. Minimum depth: 80 cm / Maximum depth: 1.40 m. Sunbeds are available. A shaded terrace of 10m x 5m is available, with all the necessary equipment (garden furniture). A fully secured saltwater swimming pool is available to delight young and old alike during hot weather. PLEASE NOTE: the pool is also heated 🌡️ from 15 April to 15 October (depending on weather conditions). An electric plancha 🍗 is available at the barbecue area for grilling 🍖 or other cooking with friends or family. A bocce court is also available for guests located behind the farmhouse. 🚘 For electric car users, 🔌a charging station is available. All you'll need to do is drop off your suitcases 🧳 and enjoy the beautiful setting of the farmhouse 🏡.
