The space Before you send a request to book this date, kindly read our booking terms and conditions/house rules below carefully. Please read our cancellation policy as well here on Airbnb. Please reply "I AGREE" if you agree with our terms so we can accept your booking if you send one: 1. We can accept a maximum of 25 pax. In excess of 25 pax, there will be a ₱500 entrance fee per additional pax. Absolute maximum allowed is up to 30 pax only. Any excess of the absolute maximum will be DENIED entry. We require a guest list after your booking is confirmed. 2. Quiet time is 12:00AM to 6:00AM 3. PETS are allowed. Please make sure to clean after your pet or there will be a penalty of 1,000 4. Smoking are allowed outside the property. No smoking inside the property and once found smoking inside, penalty amount ₱1,500 will be charge. 5. You will be asked to sign and agree to our rental rules upon check-in. You are required to present your Airbnb booking confirmation and a valid ID to our caretakers. 6. Check-in is at 2pm. Check-out is at 12pm. Early check-in or late check-out allowed unless approved by management in advance. A ₱800 per hour time extension fee will apply. 7. Please remember to bring your own towels, toiletries, plates, cups, cutlery (spoons & forks), rice cooker (free of charge), food, and drinks. We do not provide these. We provide the basics: medium-sized pot, wok, frying pan, knife, chopping board, solid spoon (sandok), turner (sianse), ladle, and tong. So if ever you decide to cook, please bring the necessary cookware/cooking utensils you may need. A microwave is available for use. We do NOT allow electric (induction cookers) or butane gas stoves (ex. for Samgyupsal, hot pot, etc.). 8. The use of the gas stove and hot & cold water dispenser (comes with 1 free water jug) is included in the rate. The succeeding water jug is ₱60 each. 9. Management will charge a cleaning fee of ₱1,000.00 or more for excessive dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning. 10. If you will be having an event and/or will be decorating, please let us know in advance. We do not allow anything with glitter or confetti. Please use paint & furniture-friendly tape (no duct tape) if you'll be hanging balloons or decor. Our caretakers can guide you on where to decorate.
