This is a private pool villa for a comfortable rest located in the secluded forest of Hongcheon. The size of the accommodation is 20 pyeong, and the yard is surrounded by a 3m high fence on 30 pyeong. Maximum 2 adult males (not more than 2) * Exclusive swimming pool Pool size: 3m x 5.5m, greenhouse, available in rainy weather Swimming pool warm water fee (on-site payment) - June-October: Basic 30 degrees, 50,000 won -Other period: Basic 31 degrees, 80,000 KRW - An additional 20,000 KRW will be charged per degree. You must make a request at least one day before entering. The heating time is until 20:00. The pool is available after 20:00. Dogs: 1-2 small and medium-sized dogs can be accompanied, no swimming pool, dog supplies required Basic 2 people (maximum 4 people) One-room guest room Additional person fee: 30,000 won for elementary school or older, 20,000 won for infants Barbecue grill & charcoal fee: 20,000 KRW for 2-3 people, 30,000 KRW for 4 people (on-site payment) Other things to note We restrict visits from people other than those who have a reservation. (No entry, reservation cancellation - non-refundable) Reservations can only be made for up to 2 adult men. (Reservation & admission not allowed for more than 2 people) Mixed dormitory for men and women other than family (3 or more men and women) cannot be reserved. (Reservation & admission not possible for 2 couples & 2 couples, etc.) Reservations are not allowed for minors without a guardian. (Family relationship certificate, ID card not included) All rooms are non-smoking areas. Use of fire-hazardous candles, firecrackers, butane gas, etc. is prohibited. In case of business damage or property damage due to smoking in the room, we will compensate you in full. In case of damage or loss of facilities, the customer is responsible, so please take care of the use of the room. Cooking such as grilling and frying in the room is prohibited. The pension cannot be held responsible for safety accidents, loss or damage to valuables (including cash) caused by negligence. When moving out, please separate the garbage and dispose of it in the collection area, and wash the dishes. Room items may be periodically replaced with new ones. It may differ from the homepage, and refunds and cancellations are not allowed. Please follow the safety precautions when using the pool, especially for the safety of children. Please use the bathroom even if you are in a hurry in the pool. Please apply sunscreen & oil, do not ingest, and wear a swimsuit. When using the footbath, cold water comes out when it is full, so please take water only up to the knee height. Do not enter the mountains or grass near the property - Danger of snakes, bees, etc. It is a manner time after 22:00.
