First you will find the modern kitchen, loaded with brand new, stainless, steel appliances and coffee station. To your left you will find the first of the three bedrooms. We hope that the comfortable and lavish, queen size bed is enough to distract you from the window view. Unfortunately, someone built a building with a stone wall beside us! But it's really not that bad at all... as you can see from our photos! It actually looks like a piece of wall art as it is well framed by the window. Anyway, as you move through the kitchen you will find yourself in a living room fit for royalty. The artwork and modern-upscale, decor, compliment the furniture perfectly. Here you will also find a 55inch HDTV. But don't watch too much Netflix! Right outside is Croton’s premier business district. Nightlife and excitement from the restaurants create a feeling of excitement within the downtown culture. The bathroom, located to the left is pristine and loaded with amenities. The second bedroom is the largest room in the apartment. It boasts the 2nd queen size bed that unit has offer, along with a secluded and quiet, workstation with a fold-out bed. The last room in the unit is the 3rd bedroom which is just as beautiful as the other two. This also has a queen size bed and extravagant decor and THE VIEW... The elevated view from the large windows allows you to see most of the neighboring park and garden below. "GARDEN on the HUDSON" truly is a beautiful place to visit. And hopefully... the garden outside of the "GARDEN" is in full bloom when you're here!!! Other things to note Due to the layout of the building, this unit does share an exterior staircase with the kitchen of a neighboring restaurant. But DON'T let this stop you from booking!!! The restaurant is actually AMAZING with a modern and trendy feel to it, so we highly recommend that you visit. Just don't be surprised if a staff member happens to say hello to you in your travels. They are very respectful and always friendly to our guests. Again, please recognize that this unit has recently been FULLY RENOVATED inside. We still have some work to do before the entrance of the unit is as beautiful as what you will see, once you have stepped inside!!!
