Timberline Glamping Amicalola provides unique, one-of-a-kind Glamping getaways inside Amicalola Falls State Park in beautiful Dawsonville, GA. Combining luxury and the great outdoors, our extra spacious completely furnished Safari Tents give large families or groups of friends the extra space they need to glamp in comfort. The campground is about 1/4 mile to the top of Amicalola Falls. The space Our 16x24 Double Safari tent on site 5 comes furnished with 2 Queen Beds. We offer additional twin mattresses with bedding for an extra $20 each. Our super soft linens and memory foam mattresses will ensure you sleep in complete comfort! Brew your coffee at the push of a button with our Keurig Coffee maker and enjoy the convenience of a mini fridge and freezer in every tent. Four K-cups and two coffee mugs are provided. Rugs, lamps, essential oil diffusers, and other home decor are the special touches that make you feel right at home. We have plenty of electrical outlets to charge your devices. Indoor Ceiling Fan, Residential A/C and Heating Unit are provided. Please note that the tents are not insulated or completely sealed, so it is impossible to completely control the temperature inside the tents. However, the unit makes it significantly more comfortable to glamp in any season. Your Glampsite will also include 2 hammocks, a wood fire ring, a charcoal grill with a cooking grate, string lights, 2 camp chairs, and a picnic table. Site 5 backs up to a quiet road where state park cabins are located. The site backs up to the spot where the road dead ends and turns into a hiking trail. It is approximately a 1 minute walk from Site 5 to the bathhouse. The bath house has 6 private bathrooms and showers. There are also free laundry machines on site, you'll just need to bring your detergent. All bedding is provided, including extra blankets in winter. You will need to bring your own towels, toiletries, and anything you need for cooking and eating! Other things to note We do offer additional add-ons such as Blackstone Griddles, Dinner Gazebos, Patio heaters in winter, Cornhole and other outdoor games, and more. These items can be added after your reservation.
