Whether you are here to fish, hike, kayak or just escape the city life, this is the perfect spot for you all year round! The charming and spacious space was recently renovated. Updated kitchen, baths, and aesthetic will delight! Equip with all everything you need for a great time away, whether you are gathering with friends or families. • Family Friendly! - Feel free to use the pack-and-play, booster seat, toddler/children plates, cups, and utensils, toys and more. • Four comfortable bedrooms - 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 with twin trundle. The home is just over 2000 sf • Two full bathrooms with essential shower items such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. • Full Kitchen featuring full-size stainless steal appliances, plus all the pots, pans, cooking utensils, and seasonings you need to make a great meal. • At night unwind with our collection of board games, DVDs, records and books. • BBQ - Feel free to use the BBQ and eat al fresco on the large deck! • Firepit - Have an evening bonfire in our large custom firepit overlooking the river. • Canoe and fishing gear - can be found in the garage, please return to where you found it when finished. • Parking - driveway and unpaved area for guests to park. • Washer & Dryer - In the basement, you will find a washer and dryer and detergent to use. • Steel stairs down to the river make it easy to bring the canoe and fishing gear to the river. The main floor is charming and spacious with restored hardwood floors, an updated full bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, a dining room, and an inviting living room. Two sets of patio sliders in the living room lead out to a large deck with serene river views, BBQ, and a backyard with a firepit. Upstairs, you will find beautiful plank hardwood floors, wainscot, and exposed brick throughout the 4 bedrooms, as well as a tastefully updated full bathroom. We are always trying to improve the River House. As a result, some of the decor may look slightly different than the photos. But we hope you agree, if/when this happens, it is always for the better! Guest access You will have access to the whole home and the side door to the garage where many of the river house toys are kept (canoe, fishing poles, extra outside seating). Please take caution in the garage. Other things to note We have wifi through a dish, but it's slow. The internet is via satellite (we are out in the country, y'all!), and service can be affected by the weather. However, cell service is great!
