The complex has a community pool and direct access to the sea from the rocks. The sandy beach Cala Ferrera is only 5 minutes' walk. The space 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people. From the entrance there is access to the open kitchen area with a table for meals. Going down two steps is the living room with access to the balcony that enjoys sea views. The apartment has three bedrooms. One with double bed and en-suite shower-room (holds the washing machine). The other two have two twin beds. Separate shower-room. Air conditioning cold/heat in the living room and in two bedrooms. Spiral staircase to go to the apartament not appropriate for people with limited mobility. Well kept garden with lawned areas has many pine trees that give a fresh atmosphere to the Ferrera Park.
