Kairi - Luxury Beach Villa in Kannur

Kairi is less than 5 mins walk from Paliyamoola beach (little known extension of Payyambalam beach) in Kannur. Place has 3 AC bedrooms with attached bath, functional kitchen with an attached work area and bathroom (for your help), laundry room to recover your clothes after beach day, an open lounge on 2nd floor to watch the colors of sunset and to wind down with your gang. All floors have lift access. All bedrooms have AC. Bring the whole group to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space Kairi is part of a gated community and is best suitable for people travelling in a group and wanting to spend time together. Being close to the beach let's you have all the fun and being part of the gated community allows you to cut off when required. Place has 3 floors including the top floor lounge and have lift access to all floors making it kids and senior citizen friendly. Covered parking is available for 2 cars and additional cars can be safely parked on the private drive way. Let us know if you are planning for a workcation here- in which case a dedicated workspace can be arranged. Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house which include the bedrooms, top floor lounge area, front garden, kitchen, living and dining space. Help comes in to take care of the dishes (Please rinse it once and leave it in the sink). Other things to note One or 2 houses in the community has residents staying in - so please be mindful of their presense and respectful of their space. Since the community is new, there are some construction activities going on in few other houses in the community. No activity is too loud or dusty. But you will see some construction workers in the area along with few buildings under construction.
