You are a two minute walk to Baytowne Village where you'll enjoy restaurants, shopping, live music, and the kid's Adventure Zone. This immaculate condo has been updated throughout with all the extras. Enjoy the comfy bedroom and spacious bath with walk in shower. The updated kitchen is set up with all your basic needs. The space No smoking or pets allowed. Evidence of smoking or pets will result in a minimum $300 fee plus additional cleaning, odor removal, damage repair, or lost rental income if applicable. Guest access Guests can access the pool, fitness room, outdoor BBQ's and open space. The parking garage is for owners and guests and you will receive a code to have access when you come to visit. Other things to note Must be 21 years of age to rent this property. Pets or smoking are not allowed. There is an ice machine in the kitchen at the pool area and on the first floor in the Pilot House. Also, in the Pilot House there are vending machines on the 1st floor, 3rd floor going out towards pool area and at the pool kitchen and eating area. The Sandestin Tennis and Pickleball facility is conveniently adjacent to the Baytowne Village (1,000 ft walking). Bicycles and paddle boards can be rented just past the tennis courts as you are headed for the Marina. There is also fish bait sold at the Marina. The tram bus runs steady around the Resort and to the beach. Golf at The Links is 1.9 miles away. Parking and private access to the gorgeous Miramar beach is 2.2 miles away.
