NOTICE: Please note the 4th bedroom comes with its own bathroom, Aircondition and a Twin size bed. It’s located behind the back door to the kitchen on the ground floor. This room is a small extra room and can only accommodate 1 person. It has full security team for your safety in a gated community. A few house rules for all guest to be aware of during their stay; HOUSE RULES 🚫Do not unplug any electronic gadget from the step down or extension boards. 🔌 🚫Turn off all electrical gadget, lights and water heaters when not in use. 💡 🚫Do not play loud music or musical instrument or any make form of noice 🥁between the hours of 11pm to 9am. ⌛️ 🚫Do not touch, lean on and or step on walls to avoid making them dirty. 🚫Store room in the kitchen is out of bounds except when you have to turn on inventor during power outage. 🔋 🚫All kitchen and toiletry supplies provided you upon arrival shall not be refilled. You shall be responsible for your own supplies as soon as they run out please. To🧻🧴 🚫Do not flush feminine products, paper napkins or other potentially clocking materials in the toilets. All such must be disposed off in the dust bins 🗑️ provided in the bath rooms and other vantage places in the house. 🚫Do not smoke in or outside the house.🚭 🚫Do not spill liquids of any kind in the couch/sofas, carpets, bedroom mattresses etc. 💦🫠 🚫Do not leave any form of spillage (liquid or solids) uncleaned or wiped. 🚫Not more than 3 cars are allowed in the estate (for stays, or parties)🚘 ✅Only 7 guests allowed and max of 12 for groups (hosted events) ✅Always remember to clean after yourself when you create any mess just like you would have done in your own home. 🧼🧹🏠 ✅Please remember that you shall be liable for any major breakage or damage caused.
