IMPORTANT: The Administration charges $8 per adult upon arrival, for use of communal areas The space The apartment is on the ground floor, ideal for going with the family as it has direct access to the pool. It has two bedrooms. One of them with a double bed and a private bathroom. The other with two bunk beds; one of them is a double bed. The social area is American-style. In the communal space there is a BBQ area, adult pool and children's pool, jacuzzi, billa and multiple court Other things to note There is a fee for use of communal areas of USD8 per adult per stay, which is paid directly to the Building Administration, who will provide a wristband upon arrival
