This unique two bedroom and 1-1/2 bath property sits on 2.5 acres garden of lush palm trees and desert flowers. The large living room and two bedrooms have open views of the Sea of Cortez. The living space extends to outdoors where the palapa roof creates an expansive shaded out door area also facing the sea. Tables and chairs provide a wonderful environment to dine al fresco while a large built in banquette with comfortable cushions create a space for quiet afternoon reading or perhaps a nap. The terrace is also perfect for sleeping on a warm summer’s night. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, an outdoor mesquite bbq and wood burning pizza oven. Rental fee includes light daily housekeeping. For the more adventurous, two kayaks are available for exciting ocean excursions.
