Amazing renovated space close to downtown Midland. Our guesthouse is located behind our main office for our IT company. Totally private entrance and driveway. This one bedroom/one bath apartment is super cozy and relaxing and in a very safe neighborhood. The space This is a 1/1 with washer and dryer. Full kitchen. A sectional couch that could sleep 1 or 2. Large bathroom. Guest access You have access to the entire guesthouse. Other things to note When you use the keypad to access the guesthouse pull the door towards you to make sure the lock releases.
