Welcome to our charming 1920s renovated retreat nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Convenient to Waynesville and Maggie Valley for restaurants and shopping. Located within 30 minutes of Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Cherokee is a 45 minute drive. You will have direct access to the Pigeon River for fishing. You can also enjoy the fire pit and seating area by the river, with mountain views all around. Come and create lasting memories in this one-of-a-kind vintage retreat. The space Our home is situated right next to the Pigeon River that is stocked with trout. We offer a fire pit and seating area overlooking the river. Entering the home through our back door is a breeze with no steps to navigate. Our home offers a spacious kitchen with a large island and 4 barstools to enjoy meals. A laundry closet is located off of the kitchen. The living room features an electric fireplace and large television. The front porch located off of the living room is covered and furnished, making it a peaceful place to relax and listen to the sounds of the river. The two bedrooms each feature cozy beds with luxurious linens. Each bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with closet.
