The property is situated on 3 private acres with over 500 feet of frontage on Curtis Pond which is a 14 acre fishing pond. Sleeping Arrangements: Upper Level Bedroom 1: Master Suite - One King Size Bed Bedroom 2: One King Bed Bedroom 3: One Queen Bed Additional sleeping space off of the master suite: Two Queen Beds and an Infant Crib (listed as Bedroom 8 on some sites) Main Level Bedroom 4: One Queen Bed Bedroom 5: One Queen Bed Lower Level Bedroom 6: Two Queen Beds Bedroom 7: Two Queen Beds Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home except for the locked owners closets. Other things to note Pool will be heated up to 80 degrees upon request between June and September for $350 per weekend and $700 per week. If you would like to have this option please reach out to us 48 hours prior to checking in! Pets are allowed for $125/per pet. Guests must provide their own firewood if they would like to utilize the fire pit at their own discretion.
