The space The central area is full of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacco. The Relais conveys a feeling of value, exclusivity and respect. It’s a Guest House consisting of three bedrooms, and large common areas where you can relax and work. The unique style kitchen, furnished with very special steel furniture, is equipped with gas hob, double sink, large refrigerator, double oven, microwave, toaster and various utensils. It also has a wine cellar with different repertoire of wines and champagne. You will find large tables for meals with the family or for work in smart-working, given the fast and free Wi-Fi. The entire living area is decorated with fine modern furnishings. The three elegant double bedrooms with king-size beds, have large wardrobes with hangers equipped with hangers so as to store all your clothes with extreme comfort and convenience. For a perfect quality rest after a day of relaxation and fun, all bedrooms have a comfortable mattress. The property can accommodate up to 8 people, and is the ideal accommodation for families, friends, religious pilgrimages and business trips. The house is fully air conditioned, with air conditioning and heating, and is equipped with towels and sheets in carefully selected duvet. The bathrooms are delicious and present in every bedroom, are enriched with fine finishes and equipped with all the necessary amenities, a shower or bathtub very large, a sink with under sink to store personal items, hair dryer, set of towels. In each room there is a 40" Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube and an assorted minibar of drinks and snacks to have an aperitif in the room or accompany the watching of a movie. The rooms also have a breakfast table with an electric kettle accompanied by a set of tea bags, herbal teas and coffee kindly offered by the hotel. Located on the last floor a small well-equipped gym, excellent anti-stress antidote. In the outdoor area, accessing from the garden, a small laundry and ironing area, to manage and take care of your clothing. Complete the fabulous residence a private garden with attention to every detail where you can relax, sip a glass of wine, smoke or just relax. Guest access We are located in Rome a few minutes from the famous Basilica of San Pietro, in the heart of the historic center where you can walk around the city and enjoy the countless points of historical and cultural interest such as: the Sistine Chapel, the Vatican Museums, the Vatican Gardens, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. In the area you can find services of all kinds: shops, supermarkets, banks, gas stations, restaurants and bars. For local transport, a metro and bus station is available close to the property (only 8 minutes away). Pets are NOT allowed in the property and smoking is not allowed, however you can do so in the private courtyard of the outdoor residence. Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is before 10.00. Entrance is via self-check-in. There is a concierge service available on chat rooms where you can ask any question.
