The space The apartment is located on the third floor of an elegant historic building, equipped with a lift, is very spacious and consists of an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a single bed and a foldaway bed, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with hydromassage shower. NEW HIGH PERFORMANCE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING SYSTEM. All rooms have double glazed windows and have high ceilings typical of ancient buildings in Rome. It is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi connection, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, toaster, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine bar, teapot and everything you need to cook. Guest access The whole apartment is for your exclusive use, me or a colleague will waiting for you at the apartment (following a prior agreement on the arrival time) to give you the keys and give you some advice on the equipment of the apartment and on the area. Other things to note Check-in from 2.00pm - Check-out by 10.30am If necessary, it is possible to store luggage on request on the day of arrival starting from h 11am.
