Guest access You’ll have the entire home, patio, and backyard all to yourself to enjoy in complete privacy during your stay. From time to time, you may notice a quick visit from our pest control or lawn care professionals—just helping to keep everything beautiful, clean, and comfortable for you Guests will enter with keyless entry utilizing YALE locks. The code will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival. Entry is through the back door of the house. Drive to the end of the driveway. There are lights surrounding the home and motion lights in the back. You will enter through the back patio door. Other things to note YOUR WELLBEING IS IMPORTANT: Our first priority during your Wellness Escape is your health, safety, and comfort. The home is equipped with a radon mitigation system, keeping levels well below EPA standards, carbon monoxide and fire detectors and a water softener and reverse osmosis water filtration system. THERMOSTAT: For your comfort, the home is equipped with an Amazon Smart Thermostat, that can be set to your comfort level, and blackout shades in the bedrooms to ensure privacy and a quality night's rest. **Wellbeing Escape guests receive exclusive discounts to local attractions and services. Confirmed guests receive discount information seven days prior to check-in. * Longer stays are welcome and discounted - please inquire! * Longer Stays: Please note that longer stays over 30 days require additional cleanings at a rate of 1 cleaning every two weeks. Wellbeing Escape guests receive a discount from my cleaners on residential cleans charging only $130/clean. Normally, I coordinate this clean with the cleaners and guests and request payment from the guests after the clean is completed. Guests are also welcome to pay the cleaners on their own or hire their own cleaners if they choose proving receipts to host that home was cleaned. Please note that there are no refunds due to inclement weather or natural disasters unless there is a mandatory evacuation. We do suggest that you obtain travel insurance.
