Self-contained room with superking bed & en-suite

Newly converted barn in the countryside, situated in the hamlet of Waterrow on the B3227 (old A361 scenic route to north Devon) close to the Somerset/Devon border, to the east of Exmoor. Waterrow is within easy reach of Exmoor, the Quantocks and both the North Somerset and East Devon coastlines. This is excellent base for visiting this beautiful, unspoilt area. The space You will be staying in a newly-converted one storey barn conversion, which is accessed via a private farm track and through the neighbouring farm’s gate. You will have your own private entrance to a luxurious self-contained annex, with large bedroom (with super-king bed) and en-suite bathroom. The room is equipped with all the mod cons to ensure you have a comfortable stay, including underfloor heating, illuminated bathroom mirror, WI-FI and TV. During your stay, you may experience the sound of the odd tractor from the neighbouring farm, but otherwise it is very peaceful and quiet here. If you’re into stargazing, just wait until it gets dark - the stars are absolutely incredible here!! Any of you with furry friends, are very welcome to walk your dog/s around our field (approx 3 acres), which can be accessed through the metal gate to the left of our barn. Requests for additional guests are considered. Guest access Access to barn is via private farm track, and through a farm gate. Please note, the gate will be locked overnight from 10pm, and unlocked in the morning, but you will be provided with a key for the gate in case access is needed during your stay outside of these hours.
