We are a smart home that prioritizes the use of interconnected electronic devices. Our purpose is to generate a positive impact in the lodging/hospitality industry. Casa Pinho, prepared to receive two couples (4 people), has a central and privileged location, with bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies around. It has a fully paved path, very close to the main avenues of the District, Monte Verde and Sol Nascente. The space The house is designed to accommodate only four people (two couples). The bedrooms are on the top floor of the house, one with a double bed and the other with a queen-size bed, extremely comfortable and cozy (200 thread count bed linens). There is also a bathroom on this floor. On the lower floor, there is a living room with a sofa and Smart TV, and a half bath. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, where our guests have at their disposal: a coffee maker, sandwich maker, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and utensils. In addition to 100 Mb Internet, we provide 2 portable heaters for our guests. Guest access We hope you have a wonderful stay at our Casa Pinho, but for this it is IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY; We don't have a physical reception. Our reception is 100% digital and is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., via an online channel (platform or WhatsApp). After your reservation is confirmed, our team will be notified and, when your arrival date is near, you will receive our contact to be guided about your check-in and receipt of the password, which will allow access to the house. At this time, the guest responsible for the reservation must provide the full name of their companions. Other things to note After check-out, if there are any items that are subtracted, stained or damaged (e.g. bed and bath linens stained with wine or other liquid), these will be charged.
