The space The condominium unit is a 45 sqm 1-bedroom space equipped with the following: - Queen-sized bed in a separate bedroom - Living room with a sofa, coffee table, and pouf - 50” Smart TV with local channels, Youtube, and Netflix-ready - Digital Safety Vault - Complimentary Internet via Wi-Fi (internet plan is at 65mbps) - Intercom (to contact building reception and security) - Split-type air-conditioning unit - Small refrigerator with freezer - Working kitchen complete with cookware, 2-burner electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker and range hood (only available for use if guests are staying more than 2 nights and are willing to clean up after) ***Note: For hygiene and safety of all our guests, cooking essentials like salt, pepper, spices, and condiments like oil, vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, etc. are NOT provided; Guests are allowed to bring their own, or buy from a nearby convenience store/grocery - Cooking utensils, potholder, and pot trivets - Tableware including plates, utensils, glasses, coffee cups, placemats, and coasters - Dishwashing materials including dishwashing soap, sponge, and brush - Shower water heater - Hand-held toilet bidet - Shampoo, body soap, shower gel, and dental kit, disposable slippers - Bath towels, hand towels, and bath rug - Washing machine with dryer - Hair dryer - Iron and ironing board - Cleaning materials including broom, dustpan, mop, and color-coded kitchen towels: blue for counter and dining table; yellow for dishes - Fire extinguisher - Complimentary coffee, cream, tea, and sugar - Comb and disposable shaver available upon request Guest access Guests can access the swimming pool (kiddie and adult) and jacuzzi from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, but may vary due to COVID restrictions. Kindly coordinate with the Host prior should you wish to utilize the swimming pool, as . There is also an available gym with locker rooms, kiddie playground, outdoor garden and fountain area, as well as dining areas around the pool—all located at the 2F. Due to COVID-19, the aforementioned amenities may be with limited capacity or may be closed at times depending on the IATF updated guidelines or alert level in Pasay City. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool is scheduled during Mondays. As such, kindly expect that the pool is closed on the said day. Other things to note THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING: - We charge an additional PHP 500 / USD 10 for late check-ins beyond 6pm, payable through the AIRBNB App. - We charge an additional PHP 500 / USD 10 for late check-outs between 12nn to 5pm, subject to availability, payable through the AIRBNB App. Kindly contact the Host prior. - Cigarette/Tobacco Smoking Penalty is at PHP 10,000 / USD 100. - Candles inside the units are not for lighting and for decorative purposes only. - No pets are allowed inside the property. - Please do not bring any food in the sleeping areas to avoid attracting ants, bed bugs, or any other insects. - We only encourage guests to use the working kitchen if the guests are staying for 3 nights or more, and are willing to clean up after themselves. - We require an additional mandatory weekly cleaning for stays beyond 6 nights/7 days. Standard cleaning fee is PHP 400 / USD 8 per week. - We charge a minimum of ₱300 up to a maximum of ₱1,000 for bedsheet stain removal, depending on the gravity of work needed. - We have no short-time stay rate. Any stay, even if only for less than 12 hours, is considered one (1) full night stay. - A parking slot can be arranged for a fee of PHP 600 / USD 12 per day (Effective October 20, 2024)—payable through the AIRBNB App (subject to availability). - There is no option for additional beds and baby cots in the room. Maximum capacity is 2 adults and 1 child (below 7 years old). - Kindly coordinate with the Host to request a guest access to the swimming pool, playground, and gym—free of charge. - The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur while within the premises of the 81 Newport Boulevard property. - The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuable of the guest. A digital safety vault is provided for securing valuables during your stay. Kindly ensure to leave the digital safety door open upon check-out. - Please turn over the condo unit key to the host’s staff during check-out time. Do not leave them in the mailbox. Lost keys shall be charged PHP 1,500 / USD 25. POOR CELLULAR AND DATA SIGNAL IN THE LOBBY Please take note that the lobby areas of the property have poor cellular and data signal. Hence, once your booking is confirmed, we have setup an automated message for check-in instructions which you will receive 24hrs prior your booked stay. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-in time is anytime after 2pm and can be accommodated until 6pm. Check-out time is anytime before 12nn. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-INS / LATE CHECK-OUTS For all requests on early check-ins and late check-outs, we cannot guarantee it ahead, as this will depend on the confirmed bookings prior and after your stay. Earliest time for early check-ins is at 8am. Late check-outs are only until 5pm. We charge an additional ₱500 fee for all early check-ins from 8am-1pm (subject to availability, to be determined 48hrs prior to check-in), as well as all late check-outs between 12nn-5pm (subject to availability, to be determined 24hrs prior to check-out). All stays beyond the 5pm cut-off is considered one-night stay. Likewise, we charge an additional ₱500 fee for all late check-ins from 7pm-6am. We seek your kind understanding that our staff's duty begins at 8am, then they get off work and go home by 6pm. This means that beyond 6pm, we have to pay for their transportation and overtime fee (including night differential) beyond working hours in order to assist you with your luggage/s during registration and check-in process, as well as key turnover. VALID ID: PASSPORT, DRIVER'S LICENSE, OR ANY GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID A copy of your valid ID with photo will be requested upon booking confirmation, for security purposes. All guests are required to submit a copy of their IDs upon arrival. This is the condominium’s policy to protect their guests and residents. You have the prerogative to sensor any sensitive information. COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET Our internet subscription is at 65mbps. Complimentary internet can be accessed via Wi-Fi access points. We will use our reasonable efforts to make the service available 24-hours a day. However, we will not be liable if for any reason the internet connection is not available at any time or for any period. Access to internet may be suspended at any time.
