Second Floor: Includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a dedicated work area, and a smart tv. The master has a separate a/c and/or heating unit. The second bedroom includes 2 stackable twin beds which unstack to create 4 twin beds. The loft area has a sofa bed, foosball table and a PlayStation 4 hooked up to a smart TV. There is a full bath with a bathtub. A new washer and dryer are also located right off the bathroom. A short walk to the clubhouse beach, volleyball, basketball, docks, playground, and tennis court.
