Located on Candlewood Isle, welcome to our centrally-located dog-friendly 2,185 sq ft lake home. 3 bedrooms sleeping 6, central a/c and updated. Watch the sunset over the lake & bbq on the grill. Kitchen is well stocked with a spacious table for entertaining. Enjoy 2 separate work spaces, kids loft area with foosball table & lake access. A dock and/ or golf cart can be arranged for a fee. The space A 5 minute walk from the clubhouse beach and marina, you will find this cabin has all the modern amenities and is the perfect family friendly getaway. First Floor: Includes a family room with a smart TV including Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime. Family room also includes 2 sitting areas. There is an open office space with lake views for writing or working. The newly remodeled kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including a spacious table for 8 people. Outside the kitchen door you will find a propane grill. Down the hall is a full bath with a shower. Up two steps, there is a queen bedroom with a smart TV and walk-in closet. The first floor is up a flight of steps to gain access to the home. Second Floor: Includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a dedicated work area, and a smart tv. The master has a separate a/c and/or heating unit. The second bedroom includes 2 stackable twin beds which unstack to create 4 twin beds. The loft area has a sofa bed, foosball table and a PlayStation 4 hooked up to a smart TV. There is a full bath with a bathtub. A new washer and dryer are also located right off the bathroom. A short walk to the clubhouse beach, volleyball, basketball, docks, playground, and tennis court. Sheets, bath towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels and kitchen essentials all provided. We have a pack n play and high chair. Washer and Dryer. When not exploring the lake to either fish, swim, or for recreational boating; there are many nearby attractions including hiking, biking, great local restaurants, golf, Western Connecticut State University, and the Danbury mall. There is availability to use a boat dock. Please inquire. The community is golf cart friendly, and a 4-seat electric golf cart is available to rent for an additional fee. A separate rental agreement is required, and arrangements must be made in advance of your stay. Max of 4 cars. Guest access There is access to the lake, beach, basketball, tennis and pickle-ball . The house is in a private gated community with community quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Welcome book will be provided 48 hours prior to check-in including access and check-in codes.
