The house is located in a private and gated community with 2 bedrooms located on the main floor and 3rd bedroom located on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms provide ensuite bathrooms. There is a half bathroom for guests to use on the main floor by the entryway. The house provides an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils and pots and pans that you may need to have a nice gormuet dinner cooked at home! The living room provides ample seating with a smart TV available for Netflix. Best part is the view that you can see looking out from the kitchen, dining room, and living room towards the ocean! Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a private terrace off the side that has unbelievable views! After enjoying a nice day at the house and hanging out at the pool, the day gets even better by the short walk to Zippers Restaurant which provides lunch and dinner items. The house has a private beach gate access as well that allows easy access onto the beach to hang out and soak in the sun or for those that love to surf, this is the perfect place to catch some waves!
