Very comfortable accommodation with off street free parking, 10 mins walk to Canterbury city centre. 1 bedroom self-contained split-level apartment with own private entrance. Living area with TV, kitchen, dining and workspace area. Free WiFi. Laundry facilities. The space Spacious and comfortable split-level accommodation with off street free parking, 10 mins walk to Canterbury city centre. It provides the perfect base not only to explore Canterbury and the surrounding villages and countryside but also for business travellers. The apartment is located in an Annex of our bed & breakfast. It is self-contained with its own private entrance, with 2 access doors. On the ground floor there is a living/kitchen and a workspace area. The kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher. Please note that there is no freezer, only an under counter fridge. There is another under counter fridge in the lobby by the outside door with an ice box. The bathroom, with bath and shower above, is also on the ground floor and there is a small utility area off the bathroom with a washer/dryer. There are stairs off the living area to the bedroom on a mezzanine level with a king size bed and plenty of storage. Please note that there is no door to the bedroom. Please note that the TV is Netflix enabled but you will need to have your own account to access this service. Guest access Guests have access to all areas within the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is not serviced during guest stays but cleaning essentials are provided (except laundry detergent). Spare towels and toilet rolls can be found in the airing cupboard in the bathroom. For longer stays (of over a week) spare bed linen will be provided.
