With panoramic views across the treetops down to the coast & direct access to an 8m salt & mineral pool, you’ll have everything you need for the perfect beachside holiday. The space Gorgeous Valley View Suite has all you need for the perfect break from city life. Only just built, this beautiful apartment has a fantastic valley panorama, with expansive views across the tree canopy and beyond to the golden sand of our beautiful coastline. The serenity our location offers lets you really unwind away from the Terrigal crowds while still being so close when you want the action. The luxurious open plan living and dining area include well equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. There is also a gorgeous marble table for four and outside on the deck a beautiful dining setting that is perfect for al fresco eating. The lounge features two French blue sofas, Smart TV with Netflix and DVD player with adult and children's DVDs. The master bedroom has a King size bed, wardrobe and gorgeous views and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed and wardrobe. The ultra luxurious marble bathroom has an oversized bathtub, large shower and double vanity. Valley View Suite has a washing machine in the apartment and a clothes line to the side of the pool. There is also a carport for Valley View Suite’s exclusive use. Guest access Valley View Suite is a self-contained two bedroom apartment located in our beautiful property, Villa Riviera. You'll have direct access to the pool and exclusive use of the outdoor dining table in front of the apartment. If guests are renting the studio next door, they will also have access to the pool. There is a clothesline and lawned area below the pool but please note, the very bottom garden area is out of bounds at present. The carport is for Valley View Suite’s exclusive use. Other things to note Our property is not suitable for anyone who is mobility impaired, sadly, as we have lots of stairs. We are on a sloping site, hence the incredible views, but this means more stairs than on a standard flat section property.
