This classical suite comes with your own separate private living room with office. As well as a spacious bedroom with plenty of closet space than you need! With direct access to patio balcony wonderful views, sunsets and cattle ranch to view, hear and smell nature's best offerings! We occasionally cook and are happy to share with our guests with fruits, coffee, tea and snacks. Our backyard grows plenty of fruits and veggies that our guests are always welcome to grab & pick during their stay! Guest access Guests can simply enter the front door with a smart keypad for easy entry. Your guest room is your private space. (host will enter only for safety and emergencies) Hall bathroom is shared between our 3 downstairs guest rooms. Backyard patio, downstairs areas (kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry) are shared with the host, other tenants, and guests. Upstairs is off-limits. Other things to note House Rules (since it is a shared living space) 1. No outdoor shoes in the house or room. A Taiwanese custom to follow to keep the home tidy. (we can provide house slippers if you like) 2. Peak Energy Time is 4-9pm so please avoid using Washer/Dryer at that time window. 3. Please try to save energy by turning off lights, fan, heater or AC Unit when you leave. If there is unnecessary overuse of energy for example leaving the A/C unit on when you are away an energy fee will be applied between $10-$20 per day of over usage. 4. Keep restroom, bathtub clear of hair and kitchen space clean especially the sink of dirty dishes. 5. Quiet time is after 1100pm to 730am to respect the sleeping of others. Doors can be a bit loud to your suite so open and close nice & gently. 6. Refrigerator in the kitchen is shared among other guests so to keep everyone's food organised there will be a black marker left on top of the fridge for you to label what are yours. :) hopefully nobody's food disappears. 7. Keeping sink clear of dirty dishes and food waste. Also to put away your glasses and dishes in the cabinet when dried.
