Please note that the ski resort is closed! Lovers of nature and mountain sports, we offer this 4-bed cabin studio at the foot of the slopes of the Puyvalador resort. From many hiking trails, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc... 5 minutes from Formiguères and 15 minutes from Les Angles where you will find a good number of activities both summer and winter. A preserved nature where you can see the animals in freedom at the bottom of the residence, Magical! The space 4-person cabin studio on the 3rd floor with elevator overlooking the slopes of the resort (closed) but possibility of sledding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing... The studio includes: - a main room with kitchenette where you will find: - a sofa bed for 2 people - a small table with bedside lamp - a folding table with 4 stools - a tv with digital box. - a large cabinet convenient for storage. - a digital radiator - the kitchenette includes: a 2-burner induction hob, a mini fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, 2 coffee makers including 1 Senseo, everything you need to cook (frying pan, saucepan, salad bowl, colander), everything you need to eat (plates, cutlery, bowls, cups, mugs, glasses), some spices available. - a balcony with small table and 2 chairs to enjoy the view (ashtray for smokers only on the balcony) a curtain separates the main room from the entrance with a bunk bed with another curtain to ensure the privacy of the bottom bed with a mattress protector. a bathroom with toilet (new), shower cubicle, new furniture and sink, shelves to store your toiletries, new auxiliary radiator. no washing machine. - you will find at your disposal a duvet for 2 people, 2 duvets for 1 person, blankets and 4 pillows. Linens and sheets are not provided. provide: - fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases - dish towel, hand towels, floor mats for kitchen, sponge, garbage bag (normally there are always some in advance at your disposal but if we have an impediment and we cannot bring them back in time) - hygiene products, toilet paper, gloves, shower mats. - a ski locker, on the ground floor, door located just after the entrance vestibule. You can put your ski boots there since they are prohibited in the residence and in the studio, provide slippers or comfortable shoes. The residence is located 1700 meters above sea level, quiet but only 5 minutes from more lively resorts such as Formigueres, Les Angles 10/15 minutes, Pyrénées 2000 30 minutes or Font-Romeu 35 minutes. These resorts are 4 seasons and you will find everything you need such as activities throughout the year or shops. - You will find an Intermarché in Pyrénées 2000, 20 minutes by car, and a Lidl 35 minutes by car in Egat. - You can leave the residence on foot or by bicycle, especially in summer for beautiful walks and on hiking trails. Puyvalador is a still preserved place where you can recharge your batteries thanks to the calm and beauty of the place. despite the fact that the resort is closed, the bottom of the slopes remains accessible for small moments of sledding to share with friends or with your children. self check-in and check-out thanks to a digicode on the mailbox at the entrance to the residence. - end-of-stay cleaning mandatory by you. cleaning products provided and at your disposal. The residence's parking lot is free.
