Welcome! Our 145m² house can comfortably accommodate six adults and children in 3 bedrooms. A spacious and bright 64 m² living room overlooks a terrace and a 100 m² garden. You can relax in an inflatable jacuzzi for 4 people. The master suite includes a bathroom with dressing room and a queen size bed. It is located 8 minutes' walk from the historic center of Dinan and 15 minutes' walk from the edge of Rance. We look forward to hosting you! The space On the ground floor, the house has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, offering a spacious (64 m²) and bright living space to enjoy relaxing moments. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. The living/dining room consists of a table for six people and a comfortable living room with sofa and TV. The living room overlooks a large terrace equipped with an inflatable jacuzzi for four people, a large garden table with umbrella. Guests can relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying the terrace and landscaped garden (about 100 m2) bordered by a stone wall typical of Dinan. The master suite includes a bathroom with bathtub and double sinks, a dressing room and a queen size bed (160 x 200). Next to the bedroom is a separate toilet. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140*190) and an office with a comfortable sofa bed (120*190). It includes a bathroom with shower and double sinks, as well as a separate toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available. We provide bed linen and bath towels. The house is located just a 7-minute walk from the historic center of Dinan, with its cobbled streets, half-timbered houses and many restaurants and shops. In addition, it is located close (less than 15 mins walk) to the Rance, offering the possibility of taking beautiful walks along the river or enjoying a cruise on the water. The house is located close to the small city of character of Léhon (abbey, outdoor pool, edge of Rance, bucolic walks).
