LaVentana Beachfront with incredible views, best in the area. 200 feet of beachfront Kite wing leave gear rigged. SUP, Kayak, kite, snorkel here, some areas do not have good beach access, or are a zoo. Great cooking facilities, walk to grocery store, events, central all whale boats launch 400 meters away a 10 minute walk. A weekly farmers market next door during peak season as well as a coffee shop, 100 meters away. Best wifi with 2 fiberoptic accounts one for back-up. The space What can I say incredible million dollar views, with queen sized bed. hear the waves at night. This is the bottom room in the picture. It has a bathroom right out the door 30 feet. There are also other bathrooms available on the property. It is a very comfortable room. There is a fan and a good breeze in this room. It is a very comfortable room with incredible great views. We are in the main area of LaVentana, 200 yards north of the main La Ventana campground,, on a paved road, not in the boonies of dusty roads. We have the nicest outdoor kitchen in the area, yet we are 5-15 minute walking distance to 8 nice reasonable cost places to eat. You also have use of the community kitchen if you want. Which includes fridge and freezer space to keep some items and dry shelf space. In the community kitchen there is plenty of cooking utensils and stove , microwave and oven for people who are cooking fans. This is a great area to launch your kite or windsurf rig. There are plenty of people to catch your kite just downwind a bit. If you are a good kiter self launch or walk downwind 300 yards if novice. A short beach walk. In the winter beach volleyball every morning in the campground 5 minute walk. This is a greek island style building with incredible views, many of the resorts actually build where you do not have great views in this area. We have the million dollar views and we have a gently sloped hill that gives you views no other place has from beach-level to top of the hill. . We are not overcrowded like many areas, we have a 200 foot beach. 1 acre of property. If going on orca, whale or dive trips 5-10 minute walk to this areas only boat launch. Our internet works and we have fiberoptic lines (2)on the property, many people have stayed here and worked remotely for many months as I do have the best internet as I am an engineer and have the second line in case one fails. . . Many resorts claim they have internet but because 20-30 people are online at once you can not even download a small email. There is also coffee shop easy walk of 100 yards away with incredible pastries(some say best in the entire region). . We are in the center of the main area so walk each direction for all things. a small chef restaurant across the street with incredible prices, 8-12 seats, taco stands 200 meters each direction, formal restaurants 300 meters each direction. Sidewalk to walk to them inclosing groceries 1 km. Farmers market 1 time a week 700meters away, main fruit vegi farmers market guy 100 meters away. Note, I have reviews for my place under the other rooms too. This room was repainted summer of 2019 to give it a much cleaner look. Guest access A majority of the property, all beach area and the rooms, and 3 community bathrooms. My tool room, TV room and my second kitchen which are separate are off limits. During your stay I am present on the location on a daily basis, out windsurfing when the wind is up.. Other things to note We have privacy and security yet a short walk to the thick of activities in LaVentana. You do not need a car here yet you can sleep at night because the bars and crowded resorts are a good walk away. There is a farmers market within walking distance once a week, 100 meters away, same with coffee shop with great pastries. Grocery stores within walking distance. We are in the main area of LaVentana, 200 yards north of the La Ventana campground,, not in the boonies so no car is needed. During the winter, beach volleyball every morning in the campground 10 minute walk. A new restaurant is 200 feet away your food looks like art and is about USD$10.00 to $15.00 has a real chef . another one of our top Mexican ones 300 feet away the other direction for $8.00 to 10.00 meals. Water is a valuable commodity as this is a desert, we get 3-6 days of rain a year. We do ask you to take short showers and not rinse you equipment off as I never have and it is just fine. We also do recycling; all plastic, cardboard, and aluminum containers must be lightly rinsed and smashed down. We also ask you to buy aluminum vs glass. When the garbage is full, take out to the main container if you are going to use the kitchen. If the community 5 gallon drinking bottle is empty you place 40 pesos in it and change it out with a full one. The tap water is good enough for cooking pastas. Note, I have reviews for my place under the other rooms too. Long term 60 days or more guest is responsible for sheets, towels. shampoo and soap.
