The space You are booking the entire 3 bedroom house. All rooms are equipped with queen beds and a work area. The main bedroom has its own bath while the other two rooms in the back of the house share a bathroom. The oversized living room also has a work area with an additional sofa bed, in addition to the cozy living area by the fire place. The listing boasts of a full kitchen and a kitchenette. The last 4 digits of your booking phone number can be used to unlock all the keypads. The detached garages are not included in this listing and are off limits. Please try not to park in front of the garages, I have some vehicles parked there and may need to access in and out of the garage. There is room for up to two cars to park in the nook right next to the rear entrance if you park parallel to the house. Other things to note Please note no events or gatherings or any type are allowed at this property. For those looking for an early check-in on the weekends, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate early check-in before 3pm. We keep a very high standard of cleaning and being a weekend our cleaning staff are not able to provide an expedited service to turnover for new guests after a check-out. We understand that travel plans are fluid and things change. So if you plan to arrive before 3pm, please contact us after booking and we will discount the day prior by 50% so that the property is blocked off to allow you an early check-in anytime on the day off. We will not be accepting requests for early check-in before 3pm on weekends. Thanks for understanding.
