Welcome to our rural accommodation In the heart of Campo de Montiel, on a private estate surrounded by nature, is our family home, a place designed to rest, disconnect and recharge. It is the perfect place for those looking for a quiet getaway, in contact with the environment, without giving up the comforts of a home. We have 4 cozy rooms and common spaces designed to share good times with family or friends. From the house you can enjoy beautiful views of the Manchego landscape, with wide horizons and clear skies that invite you to calm. We are located just 5 km from the centre of Ossa de Montiel, on the road that connects Ossa with Tomelloso. Access by car is totally comfortable and direct. The house is located on top of a hill, 900 meters above sea level, which offers an unparalleled panoramic view of the natural environment that surrounds us. Very close is the Natural Park of the Ruidera Lagoons, a unique ecosystem in Spain, comparable only to the Plitvice Lakes. A natural paradise where you can enjoy hiking trails, kayaking, cycling or simply the tranquility of the water and the birdsong. What's more, we're just a short distance from Tomelloso, a town with a great wine tradition. There you can visit some of the largest wineries in the world, learn about the wine process of La Mancha and savor the rich cuisine of the area. Here, in our rural house, a quiet experience awaits you, in a privileged natural environment, with everything you need to feel comfortable and enjoy what really matters: shared time and the beauty of simplicity. Cozy Villa, which can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people, with 4 private bathrooms, one for each bedroom. You can enjoy the tranquility of being away from the city, with space for long walks surrounded by nature. The house has an equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and air conditioning and one of the bedrooms on the ground floor, plus a small relaxation room and 3 bedrooms with views of the property, with private bathroom on the upper floor, and heating in all rooms. The house has mosquito nets on all windows. Large living room with 3 sofas + 2 armchairs, TV, 2 large tables with chairs, and fireplace. Kitchen with pantry equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchenware. Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire property, including a large outdoor patio equipped with BBQ and firewood. The patio is equipped with table and chairs, as well as outdoor lighting and a small washing stack. Walking around property is allowed, and in the case of bringing pets, they must be tied to preserve the wealth of local fauna. Other things to note The Villa is located 7 km from the town of Ossa de Montiel and 10km from the Natural Park of Las Lagunas de Ruidera, with a road easily accessible and in perfect condition, with medical services, pharmacy, supermarkets and restaurants. In Ruidera there is a wide range of Active Tourism, such as Kayak, Trekking, Hiking, Bike rentals and Buggies, as well as multiple bathing areas in the different lagoons of the Natural Park.
