Beautiful, custom home within a short walking distance to UNR, Rancho San Rafael Park, and Downtown Reno. The perfect your home base for all of your Reno-Tahoe adventures! The space This 4-Bedroom, 3-bath house offers tons of natural light, a fully-equipped kitchen, updated appliances, laundry facilities, and an amazing outdoor space complete with patio seating, a dining area, and a propane fire pit. The heart of this home is it's beautiful great room. The living room includes a 55 inch Smart TV, an amazingly comfortable couch, and lots of space to hang out. The dining area has a table for six, and there is a folding table and chairs to accommodate additional guest for a family gathering. The kitchen is open with a large island and room for multiple chefs. In addition to the usual kitchen appliances, amenities such as an instant hot water dispenser, induction ceramic cooktop, third-row dishwasher, and a coffee bar are distributed throughout. Tucked behind the kitchen is a pantry, a full-sized front load washer and dryer, and an ironing board and iron. Off the great room is an open office with a dedicated work space including high-speed internet, and a large desk, a Herman Miller Aeron chair. There is also a full-sized Yamaha soft touch electronic keyboard, if you have any musicians in the group. The large master bedroom has a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, a Smart TV, and access to the outdoor sitting area through the french doors. The en suite bathroom includes a separate toilet room, two sinks, a large double shower, and a beautiful soaking tub. Two more bedrooms, one with a split-king bed, the other with two twin beds, are just down the hall. They share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and both rooms have large closets. Depending on your needs, upstairs is the optional 4th bedroom, or an additional family room. A queen-sized bed with a thickly-quilted mattress pad and soft linens makes this quiet 4th bedroom a peaceful place to sleep. This room also has availability for you to rent a pack and play crib with sheets, if needed. There is a 3rd bathroom with a shower and a closet for your convenience. If you don't need the extra sleeping space, use the room, including the 65 inch Smart TV, to hangout or watch a movie. The outdoor space is an oasis. With lots of green shrubs, mature trees, and a beautiful patio view, it is a wonderful space to catch your breath, enjoy a morning cup of coffee or sip a glass of wine. There is a dedicated sitting area, a dining table with a patio umbrella, and a year-round propane fire pit. A children's swing set, with two swings and a trapeze is available for hours of (supervised) entertainment. Guest access The house is a quick 10-minute walk to Rancho San Rafael and UNR. It is easy to walk, bike, or scooter to/from Downtown Reno and Saint Mary's Hospital. Less than a mile from I-80. Beautiful Lake Tahoe is only 35 miles away and many major ski areas are 30 to 50 minutes away. Peavine Mountain offers nearly 40 miles (62 km) of world-class mountain bike trails for all levels. It is less than a 1/4 mile to Rancho San Rafael, where there is trailhead access. There are three dedicated parking spaces in the driveway, and additional street parking is available. The Garage is not available, unfortunately. Guest have access to the entire house and yard with exception of the garage, shed, and a few owner's closets.
