Enjoy this incredible newly renovated houseboat overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. Located steps from a sandy beach with charcoal grills and incredible views, this location simply cannot be beat! Wake up with a fresh bay breeze alongside all the amenities you are accustom to, cozy beds, air conditioning, wifi and television. Our boat comfortably sleeps 4 people with 3 full beds (one sleeper sofa) in two sleeping quarters. Just a short walk away from the Kentmorr restaurant with food & cocktails. The space The boat is 38ft long by 12 foot wide, there are two sleeping areas. One is located in the cabin with 2 full beds and the other is a pull out couch located in the helm area. A 42in flat screen TV is located in the helm as well. In the lower galley, there is seating for 4, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and electric skillet. We have a keurig coffee maker available. Outside, we have bow seating as well as upper deck stern seating with string lights, perfect for an evening cocktail! Lastly, we have a lounge day bed on the upper helm to soak up the summer sun. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire boat, the sandy beach just steps away with picnic tables and charcoal grills. Parking is included in your stay, there is a parking lot located in the marina, close to the boat. Other things to note * The boat is not to be driven or moved from the dock * Do not change boat lines* * Unfortunately, due to the risks involved with boat living, children under 10 are not permitted on the boat. Some parts of the boat are open, increasing the risk of falling overboard, especially for curious children.*
