Peaceful home in the woods. This 2 bedroom cottage is is tucked behind the yellow lake house and has views of woods from the house and views of Lake Michigan at the back of the property. There is free beach access 1/2 mile down the road and state park access within 3-5 miles. It is close to several light houses, golf, entertainment, bike/hiking trails. Owner lives at back of property in the yellow house. Sorry, due to allergies this is a no pet, non-smoking home. Absolutely no parties. The space The property is 1.6 acres of woods with Lake Michigan on the West side. Living spaces in the home include 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room with a workspace, a full bathroom, several closets. On the side of the house is a breezeway for outdoor eating, games, etc. There are beach and outdoor accessories there. There is outdoor furniture in the side yard with a fire pit and a hammock in the other side of the yard. The lake viewing is at the back of the property with outdoor chairs. Due to Erosion, lake access is 1/2 mile down the road. The photo of the stairs and beach is from this 1/2 mile down beach. There are also State Parks about 3 - 5 miles to the North and to the South. Guest access Guests have access to the rental home, breezeway, yard, and lake viewing area. The garage and the yellow house at the back of the property are not part of the rental.
