Our newly built 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guest house is central to the best North County attractions. It's close to downtown Vista known for it's breweries and old town charm. The space is perfect for people vacationing to north San Diego to spend time at the beach, world famous San Diego Zoo Safari Park or Legoland. The space Perfect for families, couples, a girls weekend or a remote work week. Bedroom- queen size bed, closet, full length mirrors, and dedicated work space in bedroom. Heating/AC mini split in room Living room- sofa that can be pulled out into queen size sofa bed, smart tv, Heating/AC mini split in room Full kitchen - fridge/freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and bistro table & chairs Full Bathroom Washer/Dryer Outdoor space- Picnic table for additional sitting and or work place Guest access Our guest house is located on our personal residence but detached from the main house and has its own gravel driveway as well as private outdoor space.
