Welcome to a very rich and great log cabin with a large annex of high standard located 1000 m above sea level on attractive Vierli at Rauland. The space The main cabin has two floors and contains 3 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen with exit to the sunny veranda around the cabin. As the floor plan shows, the main cabin has a main fireplace room, a dining room and an attic room. There is a separate "master bedroom" with a private bathroom. There are two main entrances, one to each wing with its own bathroom, as well as a toilet and sink on the second floor with its own bedroom, living room and balcony. There is a large sunny terrace around the cabin with a fantastic view of the mountain plateau. The annex, which has 2 floors, contains a small living room upstairs and dining room downstairs, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Guest access The cabin with annex is rented in its entirety. Other things to note Bedding is available and can be rented for NOK 150 per bed, but it is desirable that guests bring bedding. Towels are in the cabinets. There are heaters in all rooms and heat in the hallway and bathroom floors in both cabins, but the heat pump should be on at all times as an effective main heat source in the winter season. Electricity is included in the rental price within 100kwh per day and a maximum price of NOK 2/kwh which normally covers the consumption, but consumption beyond this is settled and charged to the tenant. There is a fire pan on the porch with a mesh cover over to avoid embers being blown away by the wind. Fire extinguishers are easily accessible in both cabins. The cabin is of high standard and is new and expected to be well taken care of. It is not rented out to groups of friends and for party purposes.
