They all have air conditioning, a wardrobe and a safe, a luggage rack. There is a single kitchen, dining and living room area, where there is a fan. It has a master bathroom with a washing machine, and a shower and an auxiliary WC with only a toilet. There's a solar water heater with hot water all day. The property has an indoor parking space for a standard size vehicle. It has a courtyard and on the roof it has a specially designed area with tables, chairs and sun loungers where one can have breakfast or any meal, enjoy a drink watching the sunset and gazing at the view of Evia, chat with friends, play board games that are in the house. You can also use the sun loungers to relax under the shade of the umbrella or sunbathe. The tranquility provided by the location, away from the noise of the city, the view and the short distance from the beach and the town of Skala Oropos, two minutes by vehicle, make the accommodation ideal for an unforgettable vacation that can meet all needs. Also, the comforts of the house and the three large bedrooms can accommodate a variety of different people, such as large families, groups who want to spend their vacation together, and even people who visit the area for business reasons. The guest should be aware that there is a law of the Greek government (Law 5073/2023) that imposes a climate crisis resilience tax of €10 per night, which the guest pays in cash at the accommodation and receives a legal receipt. Guest access They can use all areas of the house except the warehouse, located at the back of the house and the part of the roof that is outside the specially fenced area. Also, the flower beds and the specially designed lawn area cannot be used. Other things to note It is recommended to have a car or motorcycle as it has an uphill road.
