This will be returned to you at the end of your stay (see condition below (cleaning option) For foreign customers, cash is required Without this deposit, you won't be able to enter the cottage. If you have subscribed to the cleaning OPTION: Concerned about respecting our gîte, cleaning is not included, you must do the cleaning according to the charter displayed in the gîte. Please return the gîte as it was entrusted to you. If this is not the case, the amount of the deposit will not be returned in full (see conditions below) The cleaning option is payable at the time of booking or on arrival in cash (€200) However, in the event that you wish to take the cleaning option, the tenant must keep the house in a prudent and responsible manner and must: - Empty the fridge-freezer, defrost it, and clean it - Empty the garbage cans and place them according to the indication of the welcome booklet - Clean the barbecue, grills and utensils - Empty the dishwasher, IT IS MANDATORY!!! - Store dishes and all utensils in cupboards In the event that the gîte is not returned in the condition in which it was entrusted to you, the sum of €400 that you paid on arrival will be charged to you and if the cleaning option was contracted but the above conditions were not respected then you will be deducted the difference, i.e. €400 - €200 = €200
