Full Studio with own kitchenette, room, and full bathroom. Located in a very quiet forested lot. Has large yard with wild (and tame) animals and lots of area to roam around our lot which includes a inlet view and breathtaking sun sets just a short walk (150 yards). It is located 15-45 minutes from many hiking and biking trails. As we gear up for the SUMMER we can be seen tending the green yard and flowers. You may get offered to pick the raspberries, apples or handed some fresh eggs. The space This is a full basement apartment with your own access and beautiful yard with firepit and sandbox. Just a short walk from Potter Marsh board walk, bird refuge center release, and bike/ski trails, close to main markets, great restaurants and stores a plenty. Guest access Your own entrance, mini mudroom, and full bottom portion of house. Yard chairs, outdoor table, barbeque and some things can be borrowed if needed for other fun activities. Upper portion of lot is available for inlet view and sunrise / sunsets to die for. Other things to note If you are late night arrival, or have special requests we can accommodate your needs at the last minute as often as possible. We have designated smoking area. Please no smoking in apartment. There is a designated parking spot. Apartment is connected to our home and we are often very busy attending yard, or prepping for daily activities.
