A PERFECT RETREAT! This 2 bed, 2 bath home sits beautifully on the Hiwassee river. Enjoy the screened-in porch on the back of the home, or the deck overlooking the river. The space ACCESS: When you park, you will walk under the pergola (to the right of the house) and follow the rock path on that side. Halfway, you will see a screen door on your left side that leads you to the guest door! Bedroom 1: Queen bed, en-suite bath Bedroom 2: Queen bed, no en-suite bath but does have a dedicated bathroom with 2 sinks. Living room: Oversized couch and comfy chairs offer plenty of seating for you and your friends or family! Porches: The back screened-in porch offers all day shade and many seating arrangements. Also, there is a hanging bed to enjoy! (Pro tip- if it rains, this is the only place to be!!) There are 2 other uncovered / open air porches off the front of the house. Guest access You will have access to the primary home - there is an addition off the front that will be locked and unavailable. But, the home you have access to has all of the charm you can imagine! Other things to note Sheets and towels may have some rust stains due to the well water that is used at this property. But, rest assured, everything has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival! FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL IN MAIN HOME - please do not attempt to utilize. Outdoor fireplace may be used (WITH CAUTION). Please bring your own firewood or re-stock before leaving. Trash: This neighborhood does not offer trash pickup services. However, the Clay County Landfill is a ~20 min drive and allows guests to dispose of kitchen trash for less than $5 typically (by weight). Casino: Harrah's Cherokee Valley is a quick 20 minute drive from the home. The property offers a casino, many restaurants, bowling, and fun for the whole family!
