We have four choices for you. 1. Entire home with a minimum stay of two nights . 2. The Master bedroom, king size bed and full bath with private indoor patio. ($69 US/night) 3. The Yellow room with two single or one queen size bed and full bath ($59 US/night) 4. The Blue room with a full size bed and full bath. ($46 US/night) Master bedroom and Yellow room have access to the kitchen and common areas. The Blue room is facing the Santiago Bay and has it's own outside access. All three rooms include Beach Club access. The house does not have a pool. The Beach Club has a pool, restaurant, bar, private beach access, and is handicap accessible. Rental of the Master bedroom and Yellow room have access to the entire house. The Blue room is more private and does not have access to the common areas when rented separately, but does have access to the Beach Club. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave. Common areas include the entire house and yard. The public beach is a three block walk down a cobblestone road. The Beach club has a pool, bar, restaurant and beach picnic areas with umbrella and chairs. The Beach Club is handicapped accessible and is a short walk or drive. The Beach Club is located next to El Oasis restaurant and bar, with daily drink and food specials. Hello, welcome to Casa-Manzanillo! This house was originally owned by Rafael and Sonia De La Colina. It is a part of the private and secure area of Club Santiago. Rafael was a well respected attorney and Sonia a famous Mexican artist, and her work is hanging on the walls of this historic Colonial style home. Our property managers, Connie and Vicente will welcome you to Casa-Manzanillo. Maid service is available. Everything you need is within walking distance. There is convenient taxi and bus service two blocks away. Only three blocks to the Santiago Bay beach. Just walk about 10 minute down the beautiful beach to the Beach Club or from the house the Beach Club is a 15 minute walk. Bathing suit required or very little clothing, remember this is a Tropical Paridise! There is not a pool at the house. The Beach club has a pool, restaurant,bar and private Santiago Bay beach access.
