The space THE SPACE: - You will have the entire cottage to yourself. - 3 Bedrooms with cozy sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests. - 1 Full Bathroom to suit your family's needs. - Relax and unwind in the private pool just steps away from the cottage (please note, the pool is open from the June to September). - Internet available for work or leisure. - Smart TV for your entertainment needs. LOCATION: - 10-minute drive to Lindsay, Fenelon Falls, and Bobcaygeon for local dining, shopping, and entertainment. - A 5-minute walk to the scenic Ken Reid Conservation Area for hiking, nature walks, and outdoor activities. OUTDOOR FUN: - Fishing from the dock (permits required as applicable) – cast a line and enjoy the tranquility of the lake. - Wildlife watching from the lakeside deck – relax and take in the natural beauty all around you. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: - A selection of board games for family fun and entertainment. - Fully equipped kitchen for all your meal prep needs. IMPORTANT NOTES: - Pool will be closed from the end of September to June. - Burn ban in effect during April. Other things to note 1. Children must be monitored at all times to ensure safety. 2. The pool is unmonitored, please swim at your own risk. 3. No loud music after 10 pm. Please respect our neighbours and other residences. 4. No moving the BBQ or any indoor furniture. 5. Garbage must be taken with you upon departure. 6. No parties or extra guests. There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed, and any extra people will result in $100 charges per person 7.
