Casa dell'Amore – The Cozy Room Welcome to Casa dell'Amore, a serene, clothing-optional homeshare bed and breakfast in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, perched overlooking a peaceful nature preserve. This adults-only (25+) retreat offers two private guest rooms (both listed separately on Airbnb), delivering a genuine "home away from home" experience with personalized hospitality, a delicious home-cooked breakfast each morning, and thoughtful touches throughout. The space Casa dell'Amore is a clothing-optional, homeshare destination. Clothing is optional in shared spaces—including the pool, spa (hot tub), spa room, and indoors—at each guest's comfort level. We are very open-minded, sociable night owls who enjoy entertaining, sharing wine, and late-evening conversations on the patio's front or back, any shared areas and best yet, the hot tub. However, we always prioritize and respect your privacy. If you prefer alone time, quiet, or a low-key stay, simply let us know, and we will honor your boundaries without intrusion. Adults 25+ only | Maximum 2 guests | No children, pets, or support animals. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property (house, rooms, pool/spa areas). Special Welcomes & Touches A complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival—let us know your favorite varietal at least the day prior to your arrival. On your arrival evening, enjoy Jim's famous homemade Crème Brûlée (torched sugar topping, fresh fruit, and whipped cream). Forgot toiletries? We likely have extras (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, deodorant, etc.)—just ask! Room Amenities in The Cozy Room - Queen-size bed with premium linens - Full private bathroom - 65" smart TV (Streaming Content: Prime, You Tube, Hallmark, Paramont +, Pandora, etc.) - Desk and chair, bedside tables, dresser - Mini refrigerator/freezer with complimentary orange juice, yogurt, bottled water, and Klondike bars. - Microwave - Coffee maker with assortment of K-pods and creamers - Ice bucket (ice from countertop icemaker in living room bar) - Snack basket (chips, cookies, popcorn, crackers, etc.) - Hair dryer - Lighted makeup mirror - Two terry cloth bathrobes for spa room and poolside use - Walk-in closet with iron, ironing board, luggage rack, and full-length mirror - High-speed Wi-Fi Adjacent access to the pool and spa through the bathroom adds extra convenience. Spa Room Experience Unwind with our complimentary spa services in a dedicated relaxation space (The Spa Room) featuring two massage tables, fresh linens/towels, essential oil diffuser, massage oils, assorted Bath & Body Works body lotions (men's and women's), and streaming spa music. A complimentary individual massage provided by your host Jim. A Four-hand massage with Jim and Patty available for an additional $15 per person. A Couples massage with Jim and Patty is available for an additional $30 per couple. The spa room is also available for private couple use. Pool & Spa Highlights The stunning pool and large spa (hot tub) overlook hillside views of the nature preserve. The spa seats up to 15 with infinity-edge design and fountain features; the pool features a full-length faux infinity edge—both open year-round. 6' extendable privacy screens on either side for daytime use. Propane fire pit (seats 4) Spa-side seating for 2 Lower-level lounge: sofa, dining table/chairs, gas grill 2 poolside love seat sofas with seating for 4 with coffee table. Music streams poolside and patio—request your preferred music anytime. We will do our best to accommodate you. Note: The spa is not kept heated continuously due to its size; simply let us know when you'd like it warmed day or evening. On a clear night, stargazing under the stars is magical. Guest access Shared Spaces & Amenities Full access to the kitchen, dining room, living room (with fireplace for cooler months), bar area, laundry room (washer/dryer), spa room, pool/spa area, patio, gas grill, and outdoor dining setup. Bottled water is available in your mini fridge or the large laundry room refrigerator. During your stay We are Jim and Patty, retired hosts with three sweet, small dogs (Nellie, Chloe, and Daisy)—playful, shy, and people-loving. They have their own side yard during the day but may interact occasionally. If you're not comfortable with dogs or have allergies, this may not be the best fit. We love entertaining, good wine, and creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere. We can't imagine not having a pool, hot tub or spa room as it is ageless enjoyment for everyone who appreciates socializing in a fun and positive setting. Other things to note Location & Surroundings Nestled just above a nature preserve with hiking trails (easy flat paths to challenging hills) and year-round wildlife, including deer (drive carefully). The serene Texas Hill Country offers ultimate relaxation and warm local hospitality. We're centrally located for easy day trips to San Antonio, Austin, Wimberley, New Braunfels, Blanco, Johnson City, Fredericksburg, Boerne, Kerrville, and more—endless activities await.
