Hardwood floors and tile throughout. This house was built in the early 1900s but has been recently renovated. Finished basement and close to 2500 sq feet of living space. Hi speed Internet and Central air included. Guests have the space all to themselves! quiet and private for a good nights rest! In Depth Description: The living room features a modestly sized smart television with ample room for sitting as well as two dinner tables. Plenty of room for a large to medium sized party and a good place to relax. There is also a futon which folds out to provide additional bedding. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of coffee plus everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. Cookware as well as and plates and silverware are provided so that you may cook in if ordering out is not on the table. A gas range and large refrigerator as well as a dishwasher make meals easy and there is plenty of counter space as well as a large kitchen island that doubles as a dinner table. The upstairs features a Private bathroom with a tub , shower and toiletries, towels and soap / shampoo are provided. On the second level you will find three bedrooms with a king, queen and two twin beds respectively. Shades and curtains provide privacy or leave the windows open for a view of the large backyard and quiet neighborhood. Rooms are professionally cleaned after each guest. New mattresses and high quality bedding will insure you get a good nights sleep and there are Plenty of extra blankets for the cold New England nights. Night stands with alarm clocks / phone chargers, lamps and white noise machines are provided as well. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire main house through the side entrance.
